Blending infectious synth-rock with danceable grooves, The Eiffels have carved out a space between rock and pop that has earned praise from Pitchfork, Forbes, and Spin. Their music has been featured in The Kissing Booth 2, Rock Band 4, and MTV, racking up millions of streams along the way. Hailing from Southern California, the trio—Sean Ulbs (vocals/guitar), Jade Michael (bass), and Benji Mann (drums)—has toured with acts like X Ambassadors and Plain White T’s, played Vans Warped Tour, and gained airplay on major alternative stations like KROQ and 91X. Let's dive into their latest release, "Beautiful Life."

"Beautiful Life"
Songwriting: Sean Ulbs
Performance: The Eiffels
In the words of Sean Ulbs "Beautiful Life" started with just having fun and tinkering around with some new guitar effects. I started playing what would be the song’s baseline. I liked the energy of it and decided to try a guitar riff over it with another new guitar setting. Those 2 elements became what would really be the foundation of the song. After getting the fundamentals of the music, I recorded a quick demo of the vocal at home. I was tempering my voice to not bother anyone. I liked how the vocal sounded and ended up keeping that relaxed character for the final recording. We recorded the track with our great friend and longtime collaborator, Ethan Kaufmann. It was a lot of fun and we found various ways to bring it to the next level.
The song is about the nostalgia of life’s more simple pleasures. There was a conscious effort to steer away from “big” milestone moments that you might expect from a song called "Beautiful Life." I tried to stick to more casual carefree joys."

LONG STORY SHORT: The Eiffels' new track Beautiful Life is a feel-good anthem that fuses indie alt-rock with danceable energy. Packed with grooving bass lines, tight guitars, and polished production, the song radiates positivity from start to finish. Short and sweet, it captures the best moments in life—like the rush of arriving in a new city, as in the opening line: "It feels like 2 drinks in / After landing in New York / And the city’s filled with energy." With its infectious vibe and uplifting spirit, Beautiful Life is a perfect soundtrack for soaking it all in and embracing the moment.
